List of events for the year 2011 obtained from the State Commission on Aircraft Accident Investigation in accordance with Art. 135a paragraph 2 of the Aviation Law of 3 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2006 No. 100, item. 696, as amended) reported under the mandatory notification system, which occurred in and out of the FIR Warsaw with:
- Domestic aircraft (* 1) and foreign (* 2)
- Domestic aircraft (* 1) outside Poland
- Aircraft manufactured in Poland and registered in other countries

(* 1) - aircraft that are registered in Poland, are exempt from the obligation of recording.
(* 2) - aircraft that are in the registers or records of other countries.

Eligibility and determining the causes of the accident without apportioning blame and responsibility is a duty of the designated authority of the country in which the event occurred. In Poland, this function is performed by the State Commission on Aircraft Accident Investigation (PKBWL).
