Bogna Jobda

Bogna Jobda was appointed Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority on 16 January 2025. She has been associated with the civil service for over 20 years. Since 2016, she has held managerial positions in public administration. At the Civil Aviation Authority, she has been involved in the areas of organizational management, human resources management, employer branding and corporate social responsibility. Previously, she headed HR departments in organizational units of the State Fire Service, including the Fire Service Academy.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Administration in 2000. In 2007, she completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management. She also holds certificates as an Assessment Centre/Development Centre trainer and assessor. She has developed her professional expertise through numerous training programmes in Poland and abroad, covering areas such as management, controlling, HR and aviation. She is a member of the Programme Council for the Aviation degree programme at the Faculty of Management and Command of the War Studies University.

She was awarded the Honorary Badge of Merit for the Civil Service.

Her professional interests focus on human capital management, employee development, employer branding, and supporting the professional and personal well-being of employees.

Privately, she is passionate about sports – she runs, skis and enjoys mountaineering.
