You are invited to receive your licence at the Aviation Personnel Register at the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw on working days in the following hours:
Monday: 8.00 – 18.00
Tuesday – Friday: 9.00 – 15.00
Persons collecting licences at the Aviation Personnel Register or at regional offices and units of the Civil Aviation Authority are required to present an original ID document with a photo for identification purposes.
The collection of the licence is also possible at the request of the applicant in one of the CAA's regional offices/units in: Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Rzeszów or Wrocław.
Attention! Licences and/or medical certificates issued after the transfer (change of licence administration country) from one of the countries of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation or an EEA country should be collected at the Aviation Personnel Register in Warsaw.
When collecting the licence, you must return the previous licence (if required).
In accordance with the provisions and procedures of the Aviation Personnel Register, it is not possible to:
- send the licence to the correspondence address,
- send a scan of a licence that has not been received.
The Civil Aviation Authority uses an application designed to notify aviation personnel members that the licence is ready to be collected or that the licence was sent to one of the CAA’s regional offices/units.
Persons who provided to the CAA, as part of their personal data, their Polish mobile phone number and/or e-mail address will receive SMS and/or e-mail notifications.
