The application for the practical exam concerns:
- ATPL: The candidate must submit the following application:
- 13/LPL1 - Application for practical exam and issuance of the ATPL(A)
- 14/LPL1 - Application form for practical exam and issuance of the ATPL(H)
Without the consent of the Polish CAA, the examiner cannot conduct the practical exam for ATPL.
- FDL Licenses
- Licenses, certificates of qualification, and ratings when an exam is required, but no authorized examiner is available.
