Cases of glare, dazzle or an afterglow manifested mainly during the most critical phases of flight, ie. take-off or landing, when members of the flight crew must demonstrate the greatest physical state and as indicated by the statistics in an era of increasingly widespread use of laser or light from other sources for more greater range and power, used in particular during entertainment events in airports or in their environment - are becoming more frequent.
