Technical progress, especially progress in aviation technology made it necessary to adapt the provisions of air and space law to the changing reality. Currently, work is already underway on the launch in the near future of commercial passenger suborbital flights. Therefore, the appropriate arrangements for ensuring the safety of this type of air operations shall be made. The conference brings together many prominent legal experts and will aim at exchanging experiences and knowledge that will contribute to the development of civil aviation. Due to the international nature of the conference, it will be conducted entirely in English.
