Civil Aviation Authority announces that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction has begun public consultations on European Commission's Aviation Package. The opinions on published documents could be submitted to the Department of Aviation of the Ministry on address: .
At the same time we kindly request for sending opinions to the CAA on the draft Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules in the field of civil aviation and the establishment of an European Aviation Safety Agency and repealing Regulation 216/2008 Parliament and the Council - COM (2015) 613. Comments should be sent in electronic form on the following address:
On 7 December 2015. The European Commission published a aviation package, which includes:
• Aviation Strategy for Europe - COM (2015) 598, together with the Commission staff working document SWD (2015) 261,
• Draft Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules in the field of civil aviation and the establishment of an EU Agency. Aviation Safety and repealing Regulation 216/2008 Parliament and the Council - COM (2015) 613, along with the rules governing the use of remotely piloted aircraft (RPAS), known as drones and impact assessment (Impact Assessment) - SWD (2015) 262 and 263.
