Civil Aviation Authority announces that on 1 February 2023 the Decree of the Minister of Infrastracture and Development on the publication of the aviation fees in 2023 was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland – Monitor Polski.

Aviation fees shall be paid into a bank account of the state budget revenues held with the National Polish Bank:

Accordingly, please be informed that from 14 February 2014, the aviation fee for the change of address details in the license / certificate of qualifications of the flight crew member is 43 PLN (Appendix 6 Table 1, Part II, Subpart 2.1, paragraphs 10 and 17 and Subpart 2.2. sections 5 and 10 of the Aviation Law Act in conjunction with the Decree of the Minister of Infrastracture and Development of 5 February 2014 on the publication of the aviation fees in 2014).
As above, in order to obtain a license or certificate of with new address, it is necessary to submit to the CAA form no 17/LPL1 (available on the CAA website under "Air Crew-training and flight crew licensing – skill test reports or adding handwritten information on another application to CAA that the address has changed attach the receipt of the aviation fee "for the address details change in the license / certificate of qualification". In case of absence of aviation fee receipt or any information on the application form about change of address data, the license / certificate will be issued with the current address (based on the address as listed in the database Flight Personnel Register).
Payment for:
• issuanse for the first time, the each additional re-issuance of the license / certificate of qualification;
• duplicate, change of address data in the license / certificate of qualification;
• writing rating into the license, revalidation, renewal of the rating into the license / certificate of qualafication
- shall be made to the CAA bank account (the state budget)
