Note:
A copy of the new or extended airworthiness review certificate (ARC) shall be sent to the Member State of registry of that ship within 10 days.
For aircraft on the Polish register of civil aircraft, a copy of the new or extended airworthiness review certificate should be sent by email to with the subject "ARC" with the following attachments:
1. CA(M)O airworthiness review staff:
Copy of CA(M)E pages:
- Evidence of CA(M)E approval,
- List of airworthiness review staff with scope of privileges.
2. Airworthiness review staff acting on their own behalf:
Copy of the authorization issued by the competent authority.
