Schedule of flights - Approval
Approved schedule of flights permits to operate regular flights on the basis of the operating permit on routes to/from or in Poland by the air carrier from a third country (i.e. a country other than an EEA country or Switzerland), in a given scheduling season.

Application due date: before the start of the scheduling season (or before starting the operation of scheduled flights) and in compliance with the respective international agreement
Required documents:
1. Insurance documents of the aircraft;
2. TCO Authorisation issued by EASA.
The operation of commercial flights without the permission of the President of CAA is subject to a financial penalty and criminal liability.

The Approval of the flight schedule is free of charge.
The flight schedule may only be approved if the air carrier holds a valid operating permit issued by the President of CAA.
