Notification of the contracting air carrier from a third country on code-share flights
It authorises the contracting air carrier from a third country to start scheduled flights that are performed on the basis of a code-share agreement with an air carrier which actually operates the flights.

Application due date: the contracting air carrier may start the scheduled flights indicated in the Notification if, within 21 days from the receipt of the Notification, the President of CAA does not prohibit the code-share flights
Required documents:
1. Air Operator Certificate (AOC) with Operations Specifications;
2. Insurance documents of the aircraft;
3. Designation to perform the code-share flights – if required by the international agreement.
