Adding new aircraft to existing permission

Change of permission for air carriage – adding new aircraft

It authorizes to change the permission issued by the President of CAA (single permission and general permission) by adding new aircraft to operate the flight(s) listed in this permission.

Application due date: as soon as the change is required

Required documents:
1. Air Operator Certificate (AOC) with Operations Specifications covering the added aircraft;
2. Insurance documents of the added aircraft;
3. Airworthiness certificate of the added aircraft;
4. Noise certificate of the added aircraft;
5. TCO Authorisation issued by EASA – if the added aircraft belongs to a third-country air carrier;
6. Wet-lease agreement (if applicable).

The operation of commercial flights with aircraft not listed in the permission of the President of CAA is subject to a financial penalty and criminal liability.

Adding new aircraft to the existing permission issued by the President of CAA is free of charge.
