Ladies and gentlemen,
Please be informed that due to amendment no 2019/1747 to UE Regulation no 1178/2011 which enters into force on 11/11/2019, the rules of taking theoretical exams for candidates taking exams in PPL, SPL, BPL, LAPL will be changed.
Therefore candidates taking theoretical exams in PPL, SPL, BPL, LAPL do not have a limit of sittings they can attend. However the conditions of 4 attempts for the subject and 18-month period for accomplishing the exam will not be changed.
The rules of taking theoretical exams for other licenses remain unchanged.
