Customer service - important information

Dear CAA Clients, please note that due to the spreading SARS-CoV-2 virus and in order to limit the potential risk of virus infection, the Civil Aviation Authority introduces limitations in the direct client service.

 

All clients having business with the Customer Service Point and the Personnel Licensing Department are encouraged to handle their business by e-mail or to use the CAA infoline: +48 22 520 72 00, if possible.

The clients of the Commission on Passenger Rights and the Passenger Rights Ombudsman are asked to note that direct meetings with the CAA employees in the CAA premises will not be able till further notice. You are encouraged to use the infoline: 222 692 600.

Cash payments at the CAA’s cash desk are suspended till further notice. Aviation fees can be paid by a bank transfer (account number: 31 1010 1010 0022 9322 3100 0000) or at post offices.
