Purpose of and Grounds for Processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to handle correspondence with the Administrator and to fulfill the tasks specified in the provisions defining the scope of the Administrator’soperation and for the purpose for which it wasmade available on the basis ofan explicit consent (Art. 6 par. 1 letter a), in connection with compliance with a legal obligation to which the Administratoris subject (Art. 6 par. 1 letter c of the GDPR) and the performance by the Administratorof tasks carried out in public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Administrator(Art. 6 par. 1 letter e).
Personal Data Recipient
The recipients of your personal data may be parties and participants of proceedings or authorities competent to deal with the case under the law.
A separate category of recipients to whom your personal data might be disclosed are entities entitled to process deliveries as well as entities with which the Personal Data Protection Office has concluded an agreement for the supply of services, e.g. to maintain the IT systems being used in the Office.

Your personal data shall be processed as long as it is necessary for the purposes of handling your case.

The provision of the personal data is voluntary, however, necessary for the purposes for which it is obtained.
The Controller will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.
