Information for CAA Clients (Update: October 16, 2020)

In relation to the introduction of a red zone in Warsaw from October 17, 2020 and having in mind your health and safety, the rules of the Civil Aviation Authority’s functioning have been adapted to the present epidemic situation. We ask you to get acquainted with them.

In order to minimize the potential risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection we encourage you to contact us by phone or e-mail. If a face-to-face meeting is necessary, please contact us by phone before you come to the office. Please be reminded that it is obligatory to follow the sanitary regime – cover your mouth and nose, keep distance and disinfect your hands. In the whole CAA premises touchless disinfectant distributors are available and at the reception it is obligatory to measure the temperature.

Customer Service (POK) and the Secretariat work from Monday till Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The Monday after-hour shifts are suspended till further notice.

The Infolines of the Commission on Passengers Rights and the Passengers Rights Ombudsman work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Licenses and qualifications certificates can be collected at the Aviation Personnel Register (RPL) from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The Monday shifts from 3 PM to 6 PM are suspended till further notice.

Cash payments at the CAA’s register are suspended till further notice. Aviation fees can be transferred to the following bank account: 31 1010 1010 0022 9322 3100 0000 or paid at a post office.
