Taking into account the dynamic spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the decision of the Prime Minister about the need to limit the on-site work in the public administration, please be informed about changes in the CAA’s work. Those changes will be valid from November 2 through November 15, 2020.
1. The Customer Service (POK), the Secretariat and the Aviation Personnel Register will work from 9 AM to 3 PM.
2. Meetings with employees of the CAA’s Departments, inclusive of the Commission on Passengers Rights and the Passengers Rights Ombudsman, are suspended, even if the meeting has been established by phone. The Commission on Passengers Rights infoline works without changes.
3. The examination session planned for November is called off.
4. Language examinations in the National System of Language Examinations (KSEJ) are suspended both, in the CAA headquarters and in other locations till November 15, 2020. After that date they will be carried out after a specific date and time have been established by phone +48 22 520 74 43 or e-mail: . Priority is given to persons whose language certificate expires.
5. Examinations for candidates for safety control operators planned for November are called off.
