The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 26, 2021 on air traffic bans was published in the Journal of Laws (Journal of Laws, item 962).
The Regulation introduces an entry ban into Polish airspace for aircraft operated by air carriers from the Republic of Belarus.
The ban shall not apply to aircraft performing a flight with the HUM status (flight of an aircraft involved in a humanitarian action).
The Regulation entered into force on May 27, 2021.
On the basis of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers, Polish Air Navigation Services Agency issued a NOTAM informing about the introduction of the ban from May 27 from 00:00 (from May 26 from 22 UTC).
