Information for CAA Clients

To ensure your health and safety, in view of the increased incidence of COVID-19 and the recommendation for public administration to work remotely, we inform you that the rules for the reception of clients have been adapted to the current epidemiological situation.

 

In order to reduce the potential risk of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, we encourage contact by telephone and e-mail.

We would like to remind you about the sanitary regime - wearing masks, keeping your distance and disinfecting your hands. Touchless dispensers with a disinfectant liquid are available at the CAA and temperature measurement is obligatory at the reception.

Customer Service Point
from the 24th of January 2022 the Customer Service Point has been operating in a limited capacity. Personal delivery of documents is possible only in case of absolute necessity, following contact by telephone. The number of customers served at the Customer Service Point has been limited to one person at a time, with preservation of with social distancing rules and with mandatory wearing of a mask.

Aviation Personnel Register
from 28 January 2022 the Aviation Personnel Register will be working in a limited capacity. Pre-prepared licences and qualification certificates will be issued on an ongoing basis on working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. with preservation of the principles of social distance and mandatory wearing of a mask.

Field Offices
from 24 January to 28 February 2022 the Field Offices of the CAA will be operating on a limited basis.
In case of matters requiring a personal visit in the Office (e.g. collecting a licence), please contact us by phone in advance to make an appointment. Contact to Field Offices
