The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of Febuary 25, 2021 on air traffic bans was published in the Journal of Laws (Journal of Laws 2022, item 478).
The Regulation introduces an entry ban into Polish airspace for aircraft operated by air carriers from the Russian Federation.
The ban shall not apply to aircraft performing a flight with the HUM status (flight of an aircraft involved in a humanitarian action).
The Regulation entered into force the day after its promulgation.
On the basis of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers, Polish Air Navigation Services Agency issued a NOTAM informing about the introduction of the ban from Febuary 26 from 00:00 (from Febuary 25 from 22 UTC).
