Please be informed that November sittings will be held from 4th until 14th of November 2025 in Warsaw (excluding November 10 and 11)* and from 18th until 28th of November 2025 in Chełm.
Making reservations for the November sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on October 27th, 2025, for both locations.
The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
In November sitting in Warsaw we can accept:
- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom November sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 4th until 14th of November 2025
- candidates without reservations from 4th until 13th of November 2025
In November sitting in Chełm we can accept:
- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom November sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 18th until 28th of November 2025
- candidates without reservations from 18th until 27th of November 2025
Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.
* November 10, 2025 is a day off from office work, November 11, 2025 Poland's National Independence Day.
ATTENTION!
On November 14th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.
On November 28th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.
Address ULC local unit in Chełm – Wojsławicka 8 street, Chełm.
It is hereby informed that the examination sittings included in the annual theoretical examination plan, held at two locations - the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw and the CAA Field Unit in Chełm - are treated as separate examination sittings.
This means that taking the theoretical examinations in the same calendar month at both locations will result in two separate examination sittings being opened.
