Interested parties

In accordance with the applicable legal system, the so-called interested parties from which were identified (Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 376/2014):

  1. those that can receive information based on individual decisions, in accordance with art. 11 paragraph 4, or on the basis of general decisions, in accordance with art. 11 paragraph 6:
    1. manufacturers: designers and manufacturers of aircraft, engines, propellers and aircraft parts and accessories, and their respective associations; designers and manufacturers of air traffic management systems (ATM) and their components; designers and manufacturers of systems and components used by air navigation services (ANS); designers and manufacturers of systems and devices used in aviation parts of airports;
    2. technical service: organizations that deal with the maintenance or repair of aircraft, engines, propellers, and aircraft parts and accessories; organizations dealing in the installation, modification, maintenance, repair, overhaul, flight control or inspection of air navigation installations; or organizations dealing in the maintenance or repair of systems used in aerodrome parts, and components and equipment used in these systems;
    3.  operators: airlines and aircraft operators, and airlines and operators' associations; airport managers and airport management associations;
    4. air navigation service providers and providers of certain ATM functions;
    5. airport service providers: organizations dealing with ground handling of aircraft, including refueling, preparation of load lists, loading, deicing and towing at the airport, as well as rescue and fire protection or the provision of other rescue services;
    6. organizations involved in aviation training;
    7. organizations from third countries: civil aviation authorities and accident investigation offices from third countries;
    8. international aviation organizations;
    9. research institutions: public or private scientific laboratories, research centers or units; or universities involved in aviation safety research or work.
  1. those that can receive information based on individual decisions, in accordance with art. 11 paragraph 4 and 5:
  1. pilots (individually);
  2. air traffic controllers (individually) and other ATM / ANS employees performing safety-related tasks;
  3. engineers / technicians / employees responsible for electronic air traffic safety systems / aviation managers (or airport managers) (individually);
  4. professional associations representing employees performing safety-related tasks.
