State Safety Plan for 2023-2025 (KPB 2023) an attachment to the Polish State Safety Programme for Civil Aviation. The document identifies areas of threats / hazards, that will be covered by the procedure of special analyses and special supervision of the President of the CAA. New edition of the KPB contains Annex 1 "Register of Tasks". There are presented all actions to be implemented for the Civil Aviation Authority and stakeholders.
It is a tool based on the concept of risk management, i.e. the identification of threats, their assessment and the definition and implementation of mitigation measures. Same hazard areas for this SSP are based on the issues indicated in the European Aviation Safety Plan (EPAS) and Global Aviation Safety Plan (GASP) and developed on the basis of information from the aviation environment.
