Joining the group of Signatories to this Agreement is another element of the Aviation Safety Culture, and its signing is voluntary. The main idea of the Agreement is to exchange relevant information regarding safety investigations, identified hazards and follow-up activities in order to conduct a full safety investigation, which requires the exchange of information between all interested parties involved in the incident. The agreement assumes that the transferred data will be used in full compliance with the principles of Just Culture - Just Culture and will be used only to improve the state of safety.
