Following the entry into force on 18 September 2011, the Act of 30 June 2011 amending the Aviation Law act and other acts (Journal of Laws No. 170, item. 1015), in particular Article. 189a paragraph. 2 points 2-4, which states that a detailed procedure for the issuance of the CMC, model application form for the CMC, the period of validity and the CMC model is to be defined by the National Civil Aviation Facilitation Program (law of the rank of the Regulation). The Civil Aviation Authority has suspended the process of issuing Crew Member Certificates until the entry into force of this act.
