Theoretical exams

Please be informed that March sittings will be held from 3rd until 13th of March 2026 in Warsaw and from 17th until 27th of March 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
Making reservations for the March sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on February 23rd 2026, for both locations.

In March sitting in Warsaw we can accept:
• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom March sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 3rd until 13th of March 2026,
• candidates without reservations from 3rd until 12th of March 2026.
In March sitting in Chełm we can accept:
• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom March sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 17th until 27th of March 2026
• candidates without reservations from 17th until 26th of March 2026.

Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.

Attention:
On March 13th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.
On March 27th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.

Please be informed that February sittings will be held from 3rd until 13th of February 2026 in Warsaw and from 16th until 20th of February 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
Making reservations for the February sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on January 26th 2026, for both locations.

In February sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom February sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 3rd until 13th of February 2026,
• candidates without reservations from 3rd until 12th of February 2026.

In February sitting in Chełm we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom February sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 16th until 20th of February 2026
• candidates without reservations from 16th until 19th of February 2026.

It is hereby informed that the examination sittings included in the annual theoretical examination plan, held at two locations - the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw and the CAA Field Unit in Chełm - are treated as separate examination sittings.

This means that taking the theoretical examinations in the same calendar month at both locations will result in two separate examination sittings being opened.

ECQB 2026

Starting with September 2026 sitting, theoretical examinations for CPL, ATPL and IR, CB(IR) will be conducted based on the current version of the ECQB 2026 question database.
