Theoretical exams

Please be informed that October sittings will be held from 6th until 16th of October 2026 in Warsaw and from 20th until 30th of October 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
Making reservations for the October sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on September 28th, 2026, for both locations.

In October sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom October sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 6th until 16th of October 2026,
• candidates without reservations from 6th until 15th of October 2026.

In October sitting in Chełm we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom October sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 20th until 30th of October 2026
• candidates without reservations from 20th until 29th of October 2026.
  
  

Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.

We kindly ask that you cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend the sitting. This will allow other candidates to take advantage of the vacated slot. Reseravtion for a given day can be cancelled up until 8.00 am.

Attention:
On October 16th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.
On October 30th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.

Please be informed that September sittings will be held from 8th until 18th of September 2026 in Warsaw and from 21st until 30th of September 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In September sitting in Chełm we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom September sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 21st until 30th of September 2026
• candidates without reservations from 21st until 29th of September 2026.

It is hereby informed that the examination sittings included in the annual theoretical examination plan, held at two locations - the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw and the CAA Field Unit in Chełm - are treated as separate examination sittings.

This means that taking the theoretical examinations in the same calendar month at both locations will result in two separate examination sittings being opened.

ECQB 2026

Starting with September 2026 sitting, theoretical examinations for CPL, ATPL and IR, CB(IR) will be conducted based on the current version of the ECQB 2026 question database.
