The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00. Making reservations for the January sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on January 5th 2026, for both locations.
In January sitting in Warsaw we can accept:
• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom January sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 13th until 23rd of January 2026,
• candidates without reservations from 13th until 22nd of January 2026.
In January sitting in Chełm we can accept:
• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom January sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 26th until 30th of January 2026
• candidates without reservations from 26th until 29th of January 2026.
Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.
ATTENTION!
On January 23rd 2026 candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.
On January 30th 2026 candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.

It is hereby informed that the examination sittings included in the annual theoretical examination plan, held at two locations - the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw and the CAA Field Unit in Chełm - are treated as separate examination sittings.
This means that taking the theoretical examinations in the same calendar month at both locations will result in two separate examination sittings being opened.
Starting with September 2024 sitting, theoretical examinations for CPL, ATPL and IR, CB(IR) will be conducted based on the current version of the ECQB 2024 question database.

We would like to inform you that the introduction of changes in the EU regulations on fuel policy entails the necessity of changes in training and examination. As a result of the above, EASA introduced changes to the ECQB database, adapting the questions to the new requirements. The Civil Aviation Authority received from EASA amendment 4 to the ECQB containing changed questions adapted to the new regulations.
The introduction of Amendment 4 and 5 to the ECQB 2022 is planned in ULC for August 2023. Until then, ULC will be using the currently used question database.

Plan of theoretical examinations in 2026
Please be informed that ATPL, CPL, IR theoretical exams are conducted upon current version of the ECQB database. The exams for ATPL, CPL, IR are conducted in English language.
The exams for PPL(A), PPL(H), BPL and SPL are conducted upon national question database and held in Polish language. For PPL(A) and PPL(H) there is a possibility to have an English preview on the exam.
All the exam are held according to PartFCL requirements.

Candidates with no reservation will also be able to enter the examination room provided that there are some spaces available.
The system does not allow to make more than 4 reservations in one sitting.
In order to minimize the queues candidates taking ATPL and CPL exams are only allowed to activate three subjects at a time.
The above changes are introduced in order to improve the examination process and get an optimal usage of the examination desk throughout the whole sitting.
