Please be informed that September sittings will be held from 9th until 19th of September 2025 in Warsaw and from 22nd until 26th of September 2025 in Chełm.
Please be informed that the September examination sitting in Chełm will last for 5 days.
The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
Making reservations for the September sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on September 1st, 2025, for both locations.
In September sitting in Warsaw we can accept:
- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom September sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 9th until 19th of September 2025,
- candidates without reservations from 9th until 18th of September 2025.
In September sitting in Chełm we can accept:
- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom September sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 22nd until 26th of September 2025
- candidates without reservations from 22nd until 25th of September 2025.
Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.
Attention:
On September 19th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.
On September 26th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.
Address ULC local unit in Chełm – Wojsławicka 8 street, Chełm.
It is hereby informed that the examination sittings included in the annual theoretical examination plan, held at two locations - the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw and the CAA Field Unit in Chełm - are treated as separate examination sittings.
This means that taking the theoretical examinations in the same calendar month at both locations will result in two separate examination sittings being opened.
