Ladies and gentlemen,

Please be informed that May sitting will be held from 10th until 20th of May 2022.

Making reservations for the May sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on May 4, 2022.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In May sitting we can only accept:

- candidates with reservations,

- candidates for whom the May sitting is the last sitting they can attend (their 18-month period + exemptions for accomplishing exams finishes in May). They will be treated as candidates with reservations,

- candidates without reservations from 10th until 19th of May.

Please be informed that waiting room is opened at 9.00 o’clock and only exam candidates are allowed to stay at LKE waiting room.

There is a ticket machine in the LKE waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the LKE personnel.

Please be informed that according to the recommendations, due to a large number of candidates, we ask candidates to keep their nose and mouth covered in the ULC premises.

Attention: On May 20th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Please also be informed that on May 20, 2022 the sitting in Aviation Center of Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Zawodowej w Chełmie (Depułtycze Królewskie 55) will be held.

This is a sitting for candidates for PPL, SPL, BPL, LAPL.Reservations for this sitting will be possible form 9.00 on April 29, 2022.The examinations will be held form 9.00 until 15.00.

In May sitting we can accept:

- candidates with reservations,

- candidates without reservations.

Please be advised that due to the lifting of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, full operation of the Civil Aviation Authority's Customer Service Point, Registry and Aviation Personnel Register is being restored from April 4, 2022.

Customer Service Point (POK) and the RegistryThe Customer Service Point (POK) is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Monday duties until 6.00 p.m. will be restored.

Aviation Personnel RegisterLicenses and Certificates of Competence can be picked up at the Aviation Personnel Register from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday duty hours until 6 p.m. are restored.

We would also like to inform you that the hotline of the Passenger Rights Protection Commission and the Passenger Ombudsman has been restored.

The hotline is open from 9:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday.

At the same time we inform that the helpline concerning the ban on flights over Poland is closed.

Please be informed that April sitting will be held from 4th until 14th of April 2022. ATTENTION! This month, the sitting exceptionally starts on Monday April 4th, and lasts until Thursday, April 14th. On Friday, April 15th exams will not be held.

Making reservations for the April sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on March 28, 2022.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In April sitting we can only accept:

- candidates with reservations,

- candidates for whom the April sitting is the last sitting they can attend (their 18-month period + exemptions for accomplishing exams finishes in January). They will be treated as candidates with reservations,

- candidates without reservations from 4th until 13th of April.

There is a ticket machine in the LKE waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the LKE personnel.

Please be informed that waiting room is opened at 9.00 o’clock and only exam candidates are allowed to stay at LKE waiting room.

Please remember that candidates are obliged to keep their nose and mouth covered in the ULC premises. Candidates without a proper mask will not be allowed to stay in the ULC premises and take the exam.

Attention: On April 14th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Please also be informed that on April 7-8, 2022 the sitting in Aviation Center of Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Zawodowej w Chełmie (Depułtycze Królewskie 55) will be held.

Dear Candidates, please be informed that due to pandemic, in case of a large number of infections, the above settlements may be changed.

 

Due to the armed conflict in Ukraine and a large number of questions about the flight ban in Polish airspace, the Civil Aviation Authority has created a special hotline. Telephone numbers: +48 222 692 600, +48 22 520-73-75, +48 22 520-74-85 will be for: 1. persons who are concerned about flights over Poland 2. institutions/ambassados/airlines that would like to obtain information on the procedure for obtaining airline approvals.

At the same time, we would like to inform that the Passengers' Rights Ombudsman hotline is suspended until March 31, 2022. Please be advised that Council Regulation (EU) 2022/334 of 28 February 2022, on the basis of which aircraft and air carriers of the Russian Federation are banned from flying in the European Union, provides for exceptions to this ban.

The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of Febuary 25, 2021 on air traffic bans was published in the Journal of Laws (Journal of Laws 2022, item 478).

The President of the Civil Aviation Authority of Poland kindly reminds that:

1. Air carriers registered in countries other than EU Member States, operating charter flights to/from Poland with passengers or cargo on board that have in particular the status of humanitarian (HUM) or state (STATE) flights – do not require a commercial landing permission of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority of Poland to operate such flights.

2. Air carriers registered in a Member State of the EU, operating charter flights on any routes to/from Poland – do not require a commercial landing permission of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority of Poland.

3. Air carriers registered in countries other than EU Member States, operating charter flights to/from Poland with passengers or cargo on board that do not have the particular status of e.g. HUM or STATE flights – require a prior commercial permission of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority of Poland.

Update of the March sitting announcement

With reference to the previous announcement, we would like to inform you that on 9-16/03/2022, candidates with no reservations will also be able to take exams, provided that there are some seats available in the examination room.
