Please be informed that September sitting will be held from 10th until 20th of 2024.

Please be informed that July sitting will be held from 2nd until 12th of July 2024.

On May 17, 2024 the Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak met with the Acting President of the Civil Aviation Authority Julian Rotter and with the Vice-Presidents for Aviation Standards and for Aviation Infrastructure.

On April 16, 2024 the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, at a motion of the Minister of Infrastructure Mr. Dariusz Klimczak, has appointed Mr. Julian Rotter as Acting President of the Civil Aviation Authority. The appointment was carried out on the basis of Art. 20 item 2 of the Act of July , 2002 – Aviation Law.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Please be informed that April sitting will be held from 9th until 19th of April 2024.

Making reservations for the April sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on March 29th, 2024.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In April sitting we can accept:

- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom April sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 9th until 19th of April 2024

- candidates without reservations from 9th until 18th of April 2024

Please be informed that waiting room opens at 9.00 o’clock. Please do not arrive for exams earlier because it is not possible to wait for the exam inside the building before the waiting room opens.

There is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.

Attention: On April 19th  candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Please be informed that March sitting will be held from 5th until 15th of March 2024.Making reservations for the March sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on February 26th, 2024.The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Please be informed that February sitting will be held from 6th until 16th of February 2024.

Making reservations for the February sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on January 29th, 2024.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In February sitting we can accept:

- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom February sitting is the last sitting they can attend from 6th until 16th of February 2024

- candidates without reservations from 6th until 15th of February 2024

Please be advised that in accordance with Prime Minister's Order No. 524 of October 24, 2023, January 2, 2024 will be a public holiday for employees of government offices due to the Epiphany holiday falling on Saturday, January 6, 2024. The Civil Aviation Authority will be closed on this day.

Please be informed that January sitting will be held from 9th until 19th of January 2024.

Making reservations for the January sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on December 29th, 2023.
