On September 6, 2022 in Warsaw, at the seat of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, a meeting of the EUROCONTROL delegation (European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation) with representatives of Poland and the Czech delegation took place. The Polish side was represented by representatives of the Civil Aviation Authority and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency.

The topic of the presentation was the "Stakeholder Outreach Program". The issue of air traffic and the prospects for its development were discussed, as well as the greatest achievements of EUROCONTROL and the member states in recent times. During the meeting, the topic of civil-military cooperation in aviation was also discussed. Eurocontrol's financial situation analysis Particular attention was paid to solidarity financial assistance programs prepared for countries affected by the war in Ukraine.

Negotiations for an agreement between the government of the Republic of Poland and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on air communications took place at the headquarters of the Polish Civil Aviation Authority on July 28-29, 2022. The Polish delegation was led by Piotr Samson - President of the Civil Aviation Authority, and the Saudi delegation was led by Ali Mohammed Rajab - Vice President for Regulatory and International Affairs of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a result of the two-day negotiations, the "Air Transport Agreement" was initialed The ceremony was also attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Poland H.E. Saad Saleh Alsaleh.

In order to meet the expectations of universities and their students who are more and more often interested in aviation, the Civil Aviation Authority has drawn up rules for sharing materials, documents and information for academic purposes in order to facilitate cooperation.

On April 25, 2022 a Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the introduction of air traffic limitations was published.

With reference to the talks between the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) and the air traffic controllers, a meeting of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) with the PANSA representatives and the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) was organized on April 22, 2022. The meeting concerned a potential launch of the massive cancellation procedure, i.e. flights cancellation. At present the procedure has not been initiated.
