Informujemy, że w związku z bardzo dużą liczbą kandydatów, w sesji kwietniowej rezerwacje obowiązywać będą także w pierwszy wtorek i środę sesji komputerowej oraz w ostatni czwartek i piątek sesji tj. 2, 3, 11, 12 kwietnia 2019 r. Ponadto informujemy, że od sesji majowej obowiązkową rezerwacją objęte będą wszystkie dni sesji egzaminacyjnej.
Nowe” rezerwacje nie będą pozwalały na wybieranie godzin zdawania egzaminu.
Od sesji majowej osoby z rezerwacją zobowiązane będą do zgłoszenia i zarejestrowania się w Lotniczej Komisji Egzaminacyjnej (LKE) do godziny 12.00, a bezpośrednio po rejestracji będą zobligowane do wejścia na salę egzaminacyjną i przystąpienia do egzaminu. Osoby dokonujące rejestracji po tej godzinie będą traktowane jak osoby bez rezerwacji. Osoby bez rezerwacji będą również wpuszczane na salę egzaminacyjną (w miarę wolnych miejsc).
W dniu 21.03.2019 r. w systemie zwiększona zostanie pula miejsc dostępnych do rezerwacji w każdym dniu sesji. Jednocześnie system nie będzie pozwalał na zarezerwowanie więcej, niż czterech terminów w sesji.
W celu zmniejszenia kolejki, kandydat przy rejestracji na egzamin teoretyczny ATPL i CPL będzie mógł aktywować do trzech przedmiotów jednorazowo.
Powyższe zmiany mają na celu usprawnienie procesu egzaminowania i optymalne wykorzystanie stanowisk egzaminacyjnych w ciągu całej sesji.

Due to a huge number of candidates reservations for the exams will be obligatory on the first Tuesday and Wednesday of the examination session as well as on the last Thursday and Friday which are:
April 2, 3, 11 and 12, 2019 r.
Please be also kindly informed that starting from May reservations will be obligatory on all days of the examination sessions.
Please be aware that the „new” reservations will not allow to choose the hours of the exams.
Starting from May the candidates with reservations will be obliged to register themselves in room No 4 until 12.00 o’clock. Directly after the registration the candidates will be obliged to enter the examination room (provided that there are seats available).
Candidates registering themselves after noon will be considered as the candidates with no reservations. Candidates with no reservation will also be able to enter the examination room provided that there are some spaces available in the examination room.
The number of reservations on every day of the examination session will be increased on March 21, 2019. The system will not allow to make more than 4 reservations for one session.
In order to limit the queues candidates taking ATPL and CPL exams will only be allowed to activate three subjects at a time.
The above changes will be introduced in order to improve the examination process and achieve an optimal usage of the examination booths throughout the whole session.
