The President of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Poland kindly informs all foreign diplomatic missions about basic rules and regulations applying to all civil aircraft intending to land in Poland.
All civil aircrafts intending to land on the territory of the Republic of Poland with intention to depart as repatriation/evacuation flights from the territory of Poland with citizens of foreign countries due to the Corona Virus pandemic situation, must operate under following conditions:
1. All flights coming to Poland with the intention of land must fly as "Ferry Flights." it means only crew members on board, no additional staff or passengers or cargo.
2. Flight can be only a charter flight. It means no scheduled flight.
3. Only charter flights operated at the order of foreign states to bring back/repatriate/evacuate their citizens will be accepted.
